This link opens the page displaying referral records in a grid. It is likely you'll spend most of your time in this page.
The Referrals List w/Email Addresses This link opens the page displaying referral records in a grid. The difference between this page and the 'Referrals List' page is that this page also displays email addresses for the Transferee, Contact, Assigned Agent and the Referring Agent in the grid.
This link opens the Reports page from which you may select from a wide variety of reports. This is the same page that opens when you click the 'Reports' link in the Referrals List page.
Tickler (Reminders) Clicking this link will open the Tickler page. This page lists all 'ToDo' items that are on or before the 'Cut-Off Date' and where the 'Completed' field = FALSE. Other selection criteria may be used such as the Activity (eg. "Response", "AutoPilot" and others) or 'Who' (eg. Who is the person responsible for this task).
This is the same page that is opened using the 'Tickler' link in the Referrals List page. The difference is that by opening this page from the Main Menu, the page will remain open until you manually close it. If this page is opened from the link in the Referrals List page it is subject to being closed automatically as soon as you click a different link and open another page. For example, if you open the Tickler page from the Referrals List page but then click the Notes link, the Tickler page will be closed and the Notes page will open.
Utility Settings Clicking this link will open the Utility Settings page. This link is displayed ONLY for those users if the 'User Group' setting in the Users table is set to "ADMIN".
The 'What's New' link This link opens the monthly Newsletter. Articles in the Newsletter are grouped by categories titled "New Features", "Fixed" and "Tips & Tricks".
Your Database ID The unique name of your database is displayed in the 'Database ID' and is displayed on the Main Menu and on the Referrals List page. One of the features of the Relocation Specialist software is the ability to SEND a referral to another broker using the SEND button on the Referrals List page. In order to receive a referral from another broker's Relocation Specialist database into your database you need to know your Database ID.
The number of records in your Import table This box displays the number of records in your Import table. Records arrive in the Import table in a variety of ways including records put there by another broker using their SEND button, records arriving from agents and others using a Referral Input form or from using the eGrabber software to import records from other databases.
The Time-out warning box This box displays the approximate amount of time left before the Internet server will "time-out" your session, which would force you to login again before continuing.
