The Notes feature is one of the most loved features in the Relocation Specialist program.  We suggest that every time you have correspondence regarding a file that a Note is made.  This will not only keep your memory fresh as to what actions and correspondence took place on any given day regarding that file, but if another person needs to view that file they could be brought up-to-date by simply reading your notes.  You may also cut and paste email correspondence from other programs into the Notes area.

There are no character limitations for any given Note entry so you may type as much as you need.
