How
Do I Edit An Existing Note?
The
Notes feature is one of the most loved features in the Relocation Specialist
program. We suggest that every time
you have correspondence regarding a file that a Note is made.
This will not only keep your memory fresh as to what actions and
correspondence took place on any given day regarding that file, but if another
person needs to view that file they could be brought up-to-date by simply
reading your notes. You may
also cut and paste email correspondence from other programs into the Notes area.
There
are no character limitations for any given Note entry so you may type as much as
you need.
To
enter a Note:
If
there are no notes for this particular client, the page will open with no
buttons at the top and ready for you to enter your first Note.
However, if there is at least one Note already, the page will open to a grid
display of the note(s). If needed, click the 'ADD NEW' button
Type your
note or paste your text from another application into the Note field. NOTE: If this is a Note that you wish to appear as public
(eg. will print in
forms that include notes, etc.) then leave “Print Note” field as TRUE.
If you wish for this Note to be private then mark “Print Note” as
FALSE
